Who We Are

Building Community, No Matter Your Story

"Welcome all paces, all ages, and all abilities."

When we say "Welcome all," we really mean everyone. No matter where you come from or what you bring to the table, this is a place where we create space for everyone. What brings us together is bigger than what makes us different.

A community that once started in 2022 as a group of 10 strangers and has grown into a family of 100+, we all show up not only for ourselves, but for each other.

So, whether you're training for the Boston Marathon or just looking to take an evening stroll, we'd love to have you.

Kids, strollers, and pets are always welcome — so come out, meet others, move your body, and most importantly…

Our Home Base

Trolley Run Club is incredibly grateful to call Kelly's Logan House home. A Trolley Square staple since 1864 and the perfect spot to unwind together, Kelly's has helped make this community what it is today.

As Delaware's oldest Irish bar, they've been bringing people together for over 160 years with plenty of neighborhood character to match.

Kaleigh Lynch

Founder & Club Director

From West Chester to Philadelphia to St. Pete, Kaleigh discovered that a local run club was the fastest way to feel at home in a new city. When she moved to Wilmington and couldn't find one, she decided to build it herself. What drives her is simple: everyone deserves a place where they can show up exactly as they are — and leave feeling like they belong.

Katherine Callaghan-Baddon

Inclusion & Wellness Lead

Creates an inclusive environment for all ages and speeds of running and walking to improve the health of our community.

Lydia Cole

Member Experience Coordinator

Ensures every runner, from first-timers to regulars, has a positive welcoming experience by fostering introductions, connection and inclusive environment.

Jake Fanelli

Community Partner

Connects with local run and walking groups to foster inclusivity, support, and a shared love of movement.

Bradley Goodman

Brand Manager

Collaborates with designers to provide support and direction on merchandise. Designed the TRC logo.

David Meyers

Social Chair

Collaborates with local businesses to create social events for the TRC community beyond Tuesday evenings.

Madhuri Vihani

Digital & Operations Director

Supports the run club behind the scenes. Designs and maintains the website and manages the club's finances.
