We want everyone to feel safe, comfortable, and welcome from the moment they arrive.
- Off-street parking around Kelly's Logan House, plus additional parking at the shopping mall across the street (directions).
- Wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in — no special gear needed.
- Leave your phone and keys in the bag we keep behind the bar before the run, so you can run hands-free.
- If it's dark out, bring lights or reflective gear so you're easy to spot.
- Run, walk, skip, cartwheel — there's no need to run! Move at whatever pace feels right for you.
- Kids, pets, and strollers are all welcome! Kelly's Logan House has outdoor space to host everyone.
- Our routes are all out and back, so you can turn around whenever you'd like and still make it back with the group. We aim to be back within an hour.
- Please watch for cars, stay aware of your surroundings, and stick to sidewalks whenever possible.
