Meet Our Founder!
Between West Chester, Philadelphia, and St. Pete, Florida, Kaleigh found that joining a local run club was the perfect launching point for building community wherever she landed. When she moved to Wilmington, she realized the very thing that had given her so many wonderful friendships in the past was missing. So with the help of the community around her, she hosted the first-ever TRC group run in September 2022. The group has grown and evolved since then, but community continues to be at the forefront of the TRC mission!

Ensures every runner, from first-timers to regulars, has a positive welcoming experience by fostering introductions, connection and inclusive environment.
Jake Fanelli
Connects with local run and walking groups to foster inclusivity, support, and a shared love of movement
Bradley Goodman
Collaborates with designers to provide support and direction on merchandise. Designed the TRC logo.
David Meyers
Collaborates with local businesses to create social events for the TRC community beyond Tuesday evenings.
Madhuri Vihani
Supports the run club behind the scenes. Designs and maintains the website and manages the club's finances.
